Last updated: 4 October 2026

This site, omareldeek.com, is run by Omar El Deek in Melbourne, Australia. This page explains, in plain English, what personal information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • The One-Page P&L form. Your first name and email address, so we can send you the sheet and the occasional email from Omar.
  • Booking a revenue review. If you book through the Calendly calendar, Calendly collects the details you enter (such as your name, email and any notes) so the call can be scheduled.
  • Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.

We do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not buy or sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They only use your information to provide their service to us:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides analytics.
  • Our email provider (MailerLite or Kit), which stores your name and email and sends our emails.
  • Calendly, which runs the booking calendar.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard similar to Australian law.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you will stop receiving emails from us. You can also ask us to remove you at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are subscribed or while we are working together, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at{{CONTACT_EMAIL}}and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
